Klair Terms of Service

Klair is a dashboard that visualizes your own Google Health (Fitbit) data: activity, sleep, and body/health metrics. We fetch your data from the Google Health API and show it back to you. Klair is in early access and the feature set may change.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Klair. By using Klair, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we'll close it.

Klair only supports signing in with Google. There's no separate Klair password: your Google account is your account. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure, since anyone with access to it can access your Klair dashboard.

When you sign in, you'll be asked to grant Klair permission to read specific Google Health scopes (activity, sleep, and health metrics). You control this grant and can revoke it at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions or by disconnecting through Klair.

Klair shows you data. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice, and it is not a medical device. The dashboards, trends, and numbers are for informational purposes only. Always talk to a qualified doctor or healthcare provider about your health, and don't make medical decisions based solely on what you see in Klair.

Please use Klair only for its intended purpose: viewing your own health data. Don't:

• try to access another person's account or data without authorization
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with Klair's infrastructure
• use Klair to violate any law, or Google's own API terms and policies
• attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security controls

Our Privacy Policy explains in detail what data we collect and how we use it, including how we handle data received through the Google Health API. It's part of these Terms. By using Klair you also agree to that policy.

Klair is currently offered during an early access period, provided "as is" and "as available." We're a small, evolving product: features may change, break, or be temporarily unavailable, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We'll do our best to keep things running and to tell you about significant changes.

Klair is a paid product. New accounts start with a 30-day free trial that doesn't require a card. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to view your dashboard. The first 1,000 users receive discounted founder pricing ($5 a month, $50 a year, or $100 as a one-time lifetime purchase) that stays in effect for as long as their subscription remains active. Once that cap is reached, new subscribers pay standard pricing: $10 a month, $100 a year, or $200 as a one-time lifetime purchase. Every plan includes the whole product; the plans differ only in how you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Klair never receives or stores your card number. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; your subscription stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for. If your subscription lapses, Klair keeps syncing your data in the background, and your dashboard becomes viewable again as soon as you subscribe.

You can stop using Klair at any time by disconnecting your Google account and/or asking us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access to Klair if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if we discontinue the product; where reasonably possible, we'll give you notice first.

We may update these Terms as Klair evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where required, provide notice before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Klair after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Klair is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that Klair will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the data shown will always be complete or accurate (it depends on what Google's API returns and what your Fitbit device recorded).

To the extent permitted by law, Klair's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which is zero if you haven't paid us anything). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under EU or Polish consumer protection law, including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain any mandatory statutory rights available to you under the law of your country of residence, regardless of anything in these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the EU member state where you live.
